Shorebanks No 4 Sandacres in Sandbanks on the corner of Shore Road and Banks Road, recently renovated, located on first floor, providing 2 bedrooms, lounge / diner, shower bathroom, chill out / hide out room, spacious 130sq. ft balcony with views and amazing sunsets over Poole harbour, Brownsea Island and in the distance Poole Quay area. Looking at the photo's is a real must! This is a recently refurbished and newly available 2 bedroom apartment with additional chill out room which is located a stones throw from Sandbanks beach and the Windsurfing, Kite and Paddle boarding inner harbour of Poole. On the corner of Banks Road and Shore Road, this first floor apartment in Sandacres proudly stands right by the beach, at the gateway to the world famous Sandbanks peninsula with its wonderful golden sandy blue flag beaches. It has a stunning and spacious balcony overlooking Poole harbour and Brownsea island and is directly accessible from the main living area. The apartment is located on the first floor with direct lift access and comes with its own allocated parking space outside the front of the building. The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances. The lounge / diner provides an ideal family space to eat and relax in front of the smart TV. Super fast Internet and WiFi allows many devices to be connected and streaming of videos (if you have such an account). Both the living room, master bedroom and balcony have breathtaking harbour views, see photos! The balcony area is ideal for relaxing and it’s the perfect place to experience amazing sunsets and watch the bustling harbour activity. It is spacious allowing you to enjoy a meal ‘al fresco’ while soaking up the holiday atmosphere. For your convenience there is a friendly and well stocked Tesco located at ground floor level . Close proximity to the beach, Water-sports Academy (with hire), Jazz cafe, Amalfi Beach Restaurant and the famous Rick Stein’s of Sandbanks. It is an ideal family living space for 4 however it is capable of sleeping 6. Please see the pictures and read the other details section for more information. If you have any questions, or if we can help in any way in making this an amazing holiday do please let us know! NOTE: During the school summer holidays (24/7/22- 31/8/22) we require Saturday PM check in and Saturday AM check out (7 nights) and reserve the right to cancel any bookings not adhering to this during this time. The location provides a real beach and sea side experience. The property includes 1 parking space, other parking is available locally however they are generally metered and it gets very busy. If you need to bring more than 1 car we can recommend locations that are walkable. This apartment has the inner Poole bay ideal for paddle boarding and wind/kite surfing (available for hire) and immediately to the side is the short Shore road that leads directly to the famous Sandbanks beach, literally 1 minute walk. Sandbanks is so beautiful in both the Summer and Winter with lovely direct walks along the beaches. Poole, Bournemouth and Swanage are either a short drive from the apartment or alternatively there are direct buses available right outside the front of the building. There is a dedicated parking space which may be used during your stay (please arrive at the parking space at your check in time and ensure it is vacated at your check out time). Buses stops are available outside the front of the building providing easy access to Poole, Bournemouth in one direction or Corfe Castle, Studland and the Purbecks in the other direction. Beautiful walks along the miles of beaches. Bicycle hire, including the new app based offerings, are available within 1 minute walk. There are so many lovely cycle rides available within the area including a short trip across the chain ferry at the harbour entrance to the lovely nature areas under the National Trust. Brownsea Island is also a recommended trip, ferry's are available at the chain ferry location too. The master bedroom has a king size bed. Bedroom 2 has bunk beds but please note that this room does not have windows, although a professional heat exchange in and out ventilation is provided to this area combined with 2 doors. The chillout room includes a double bed for resting however the room is not to be used for sleeping. The main lounge area includes a good size quality sofa bed (with bedding as required). Please see photos! Although we don’t provide beach towels we have a wind breaker and beach umbrella you are welcome to use. We have a travel cot, bring your own baby bedding please.
