Coochiemudlo Island SeaBreeze - Downstairs Apart

Our Beach Apartment on the ground floor (downstairs only) is a beautiful Hampton style with bright blues and greens , with French doors and fans for the summer. With a front veranda for entertaining And leisure. (We a strict NO Pets policy) A shared backyard for the kids to play with secure fencing, 2 NEW Mini Golf greens and a fire pit to enjoy. A shared laundry for family’s to utilise when needed. Your space is the ground floor and front veranda with day bed and patio table and chairs , and you share the parking, backyard and laundry with people upstairs, but it will most likely be Mark and Chantal as we like to come to the island on the weekends so you may see us, but you are more than welcome to come say hi and if you wish to have privacy, then that’s fine too, And we want you to have fun our your beach Hoilday, so make your self at home The Ground level is our Hampton’s Family apartment and it is designed for family’s with children, it has a lovely patio out the front with table, chairs and day bed for you to enjoy and the back yard is to share with the apartment up stairs with a bbq and new mini Golf, cubby house, boat sandpit and a swing set for the children to play, while you can relax and enjoy as it’s fully fenced. And you will also have a key to the shared laundry for all your needs Mark and Chantal like to come to the island on the weekends so you may see us, but you are more than welcome to come say hi and if you wish to have privacy, we are more than accommodating to your needs. We are located in the middle of the island and you have access to three of our beaches, the Front beach has a lot of activities for you to do, it has a patrol beach that is safe for swimming between the flags and lots of water sport for you to enjoy, a new amazing Childrens playground near the ferry, kiosk and cafe, there is a boat hire, that has kayaks, bikes, bbq boats and much more, and lots of places to fish, the island also has a golf course, tennis court, BMX bike track, croquet and a cricket pitch, lots of hiking tracks for you to find and lots of BBQ’s with shelter around the island near all the beaches. The ferry to the island is $10 around trip and a $55 car barge (but you must book the barge) and they only take cash, they run every half hour from Victoria Point, Our Holiday Apartments is about 800 metres from the ferry and a lovely walk. (Website hidden by Airbnb) There is no supermarket or bottle shop, or bait for fishing on the island so please bring everything you need with you, there is a kiosk, cafe that do takeaway and meals. Please BYO your Fire wood, and please take into consideration the apartments grounds are cleaned weekly but with weather on the island with Wind and rain occasionally there may be leaves on patio’s as we can’t help Mother Nature while know one is there.
