Summerset Studio, suit elderly, disabled or couple

Perfect for elderly, mildly disabled, dog-lovers or couple seeking romantic getaway. This ground-floor studio apartment has it's own entrance and parking space on the driveway. Other than a 2cm step at the front door, it is wheel-chair friendly and has grip-rails in the bathroom. Modern and comfortable. Quiet location, short distance to the beach and ferry terminals. We have previously been travellers and our experiences as guests has given us a good idea of what you'd like to find in your holiday apartment. We've tried to make this a home-from-home so that you can enjoy your stay. This apartment has a Queen size bed and a long list of facilities for you to enjoy. We welcome your feedback and questions. Please get in touch :) All of the downstairs apartment and share the back garden if we have upstairs guests. We live a short distance away but are always available and contactable. Very friendly residents, they will wave and stop to chat. It's safe, with a crime rate of about zero+ and there are some lovely walks. Best of all is the location! It is an easy and short walk to the beaches, jetty, dog beach, library, golf course, Curlew Cafe, Beach Bar & Oasis Restaurant. Nothing on the Island is more than a half hour walk or ten min bike ride. We are surrounded by bush and our heritage Emerald Fringe. Enjoy our markets and the Artisans Alley at the Curlew Cafe. Car speed limit on the Island is 40kph all over. However the island is only 1km x 1 km so you can walk easily enough. Standard walk is half an hour to the furthest point. We are only a couple of hundred meters down to the Main beach. No public transport. Kitchenette. This has a large fridge/freezer, microwave and 2 electric frypans. There's an electric pie-warmer oven and a plug-in 2 ring cooktop. But as a kitchenette, it doesn't have the traditional stove.
