Situated minutes from corner store, 2km to major shopping centre, walking distance to pub / restaurant, bowling, with bus stop nearby to centre of Bundaberg or other shopping areas (Stockland). Quiet location within a good neighbourhood. Netflix and Wifi available. Dog is kept secure in the backyard and happy to greet new guests if they want to say hello! Guests have access to the lounge room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, decking areas and can also park in the backyard if secure access behind fencing is preferred. Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed with external access to small patio and bedroom 2 has a double mattress on floor with rear access. Kitchen use of milk, tea, coffee, cereal, cooking facilities, bread and spreads! Help yourself to the bread in the freezer, condiments in the pantry and fridge! Make yourself at home! I am available by phone and if I am at the house happy to have a chat and answer any questions you may have, as well as offer any recommendations. I am not home a lot between work commitments and other commitments, so please make yourself at home and I am just happy for you enjoy your stay as if I’m not here. Noise doesn’t bother me - even early or late so no need to have any concerns. Parking to the front and side of the property. Public Transport nearby on Branyan street and Faldt street or taxi.
