Come soak up the sun on our (your) 2 and half acres whilst lazing around the pool and soothing hot spa with a resort like feel experience sipping away on your favourite cool drink. We are a 800m walk to a calm sandy long beach. It’s Just 6km south to Bateman's Bay town or 10min North to Marramarang National Park providing many secluded picturesque beaches and bush walking tracks for all levels.This resort home ticks all the boxs its not just somewhere to sleep it’s the whole relaxing experience! This resort like home consist of 2 dwellings with a huge outdoor covered area with total of 5 double rooms, 3 kitchens and 3 bathrooms . MAIN HOUSE A fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge, coffee machine, 900mm oven, 5 electric hot plate and dishwasher 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms one being a en-suite and the other is the main bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet. A lounge room with a big comfy lounge, smart Tv's and Netflix The dinning room has a 8 seater dinning room table. The laundry consists of a 8.5kg front louder washing machine and dryer with ample space for all your laundry needs. There is also a separate toilet off the laundry GUEST HOUSE Then you also have a detached guesthouse consisting of 2 bedrooms both have queen size beds. 1 bathroom shower, toilet and vanity. A fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge and coffee machine The dinning room has a 4 seater dinning table The lounge room consists of a comfy lounge, coffee table, TV, X-box, with a numerous assortments of board games and Netflix. OUTDOOR AREA Both of these dwellings back onto a beautiful spacious outdoor living space with another fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, BBQ, under counter fridge, wood fire pizza oven, a bread maker to make your very own fresh pizza dough and a deep fryer. A outdoor Balinese dinning table and day beds, outdoor lounge with coffee table all overlooking the solar heated 10m pool and separate spa with sunbeds, coffee table with a bush surrounding. We supply all linen and towels Soap, shampoo, conditioner and toilet paper Salt and pepper, some sauces and cooking oil The fire wood is supplied for the pizza oven also. There is WI-FI through out the property. (Please keep in mind in high season our area can some times experience slow internet due to the increased population). The spa and pool is proudly kept at a very hygienic level...... PLEASE keep it that way as we do not have any P in our _OOL or S_A. There is plenty of room for parking room for the boat or jet ski etc. Guest will have full access to the whole property except the large shed in the front corner of the property. (Owners private storage area) We will be available 24/7 through a message or phone call as we are never too far away. We are so lucky to have a National Park and beautiful beaches so close to us. There are so many bush walks to choose from and beaches to swim, surf, dive and fish at. Our favourite spot is 800m walk down to Long Beach and sit under the big pine trees for shade in the summer months. The next beach around is Maloneys Beach becoming very famous for watching kangaroos lay around the sand dunes or vast grassed areas. There is a beautiful walk around the rocks left (far end) of Maloney's Beach which carries you around to the secluded beach of Chain Bay its waters are crystal clear great for swimming, fishing and diving, you can walk back through Maramarang National Park to Maloney's Beach. It is convenient as the Bateman's Bay town centre is only 6kms south about a 8- 10 minutes drive with ample of great shops and restaurants to enjoy. Picturesque Long Beach is quiet, sleepy, beach just minutes from the town centre, with plentiful beaches surrounding the area. Whether it's fishing, snorkeling, kayaking, bike riding or surfing......we have it all. Bush walks are of abundance providing many sightings of nature and wildlife. We can provide you with some local fishing spots or cost free day trips. Kayaks, snorkels, fishing gear, surfboards and boogie board’s are some great toys to bring along with you. Having your own car is a must however we do have a bus stop across the road from our driveway that will take you to town. Taxis and local club courtesy transport also service the area. Sober Bob is a service where you can be picked up and have your car driven home for a price similar to a taxi- always have a plan B. Details of all these services will be provided in the guidebook located in your Guesthouse. Please note that in peak season the internet does slow down and may drop in and out.
