When you are after much more than just a bedroom. I welcome you to my light, bright and cheerful self-contained suite one street away from the beach. A separate entrance contains a large bedroom, separate sitting/lounge room with desk/library, fridge, bathroom, toilet and own private courtyard with free gourmet breakfast a perfect way to start your day! You’ll love my place because of the neighbourhood, the comfy bed &the light. Perfect for couples, solo and business travellers. Our self-contained suite is on the ground floor of our house with it’s own private entrance, so you can come and go as you please, on street parking is readily available. Wether for a mid-week getaway, catching up with family or friends, a weekend break, you will find yourself with plenty of space in your own suite on the ground floor of my family home. You have your own large private bedroom with Queen sized bed to sleep in, a wardrobe for your clothes so you can unpack and relax. Private bathroom with spa bath and separate shower also separate toilet from main bathroom. A bar fridge, glasses some plates and tea/coffee station. A separate lounge/sitting area and when you want some fresh air your own private courtyard. Please note due to insurance the OUTSIDE spa is not available for use. I do love to invite my guests to have breakfast in their private courtyard upon request this is included in the price of your stay. As a retired patisserie chef a choice of options is a perfect way to start your day I can cater to dietary requirements like Vegetarian/Gluten Free etc. Perfect for: -Couples -A group of three friends (sofabed available in loungeroom). -Visiting family and friends -People attending functions at Surf House / The Beaches Your own suite with private entrance, on the ground floor of my family home, there is no access to my upstairs home. A fridge and tea/coffee making facilitiesis available in your own lounge/sitting room. There is a desk with wifi and library for you to relax and exclusive use of your own outdoor courtyard. I enjoy meeting the majority of my guests, as I am an on-site host living in the house upstairs with my husband Kevin. I am available to answer questions and give you tips on Merewether and Newcastle. Merewether is Newcastle’s best beachside suburb, it is a suburban street and has a relaxed lifestyle, quiet, safe and great to live here. My private suite is in the sought after suburb of Merewether a short walk to the best surf in Newcastle or perhaps a walk along the Bather’s way coastal walk or a dip in the Merewether Ocean Baths. Close by is the Junction shopping precinct and close to Darby Street’s vibrant dining scene, On street car parking Uber code As this is part of my primary residence, there can be some footstep noise on the boards above please note we are generally early risers around 7.30am and you can expect quiet time between the hours of 11pm and 7am. Also only those guests registered in the booking are able to enter the suite, strictly no visitors.
