Beautiful Beachside Guest Suite with Breakfast

Our Guest Suite is ideally suited to couples, travellers and FIFO workers. Continental Breakfast with Tea & Coffee included plus Microwave & Refrigerator. Separate Side Entrance. Separate Sitting area with 40" TV with ChromeCast for streaming from your phone or tablet with WIFI. All linen and towels provided plus beach towels. Use our 12 metre pool and are only 250 metres to Bokarina Beach. Please contact us if your booking includes extra guests. ( Max 2 extra people) $15 for each extra guest. The guest suite has its own entrance with a key safe for your convenience. Breakfast in the suite includes Cereal, Muesli, muffins or croissants, jam, butter, milk and tea & coffee. There is a sitting room, with a 40" flat screen TV, bar fridge, microwave, jug and toaster. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and plenty of wardrobe space. Sitting area also has a pull out single bed and the settee also converts to a single bed. The private bathroom has a large walk in shower and bath tub. The guest suite is on premises so we will be there to help you should you need anything. You will have access to our 12 metre pool. And also be able to use the laundry if needed with washing machine and dryer. You can come and go as you please through the private side entrance. Our house is ideally located. Approx. 1.5km to the new Sunshine Coast Hospital, Around 400metres to the Sunshine Coast Sports Stadium, and Lake Kawana Rowing Centre. We are also walking distance to beautiful secluded Bokarina Beach, about 250 meters away. The property is 6 km north of Caloundra, and 7 km south of Mooloolaba. There is a major Shopping Centre, Kawana Shopping Centre about 10 minutes drive north from the house. And there is another Shopping Centre around 10 minutes south in Currimundi, called Currimundi Shopping Centre... Plus another shopping centre called Birtinya only 2 km away with an Aldi and Coles Supermarket. We have our local takeaway walking distance from us. Please be aware that we are in a lovely neighbourhood and value our neighbours. So please be aware of noise after 10pm. No parties or pets. No smoking on premises or yard...
