Very modern brand new build 10 minutes away from Coulsdon South Train Station located facing beautiful woods. London Bridge is literally 25 minutes away by train. Very close to beautiful countryside of Surrey. The house is a 3 floor building with 4 toilets and 3 bathrooms. The middle floor is what is on offer with beautiful fully fitted bed room and a living room with large 55 inch TV. The house has a nice fully fitted kitchen as well as a beautiful garden with great furniture and barbecue. The room has a large double bed with side tables and lambs on either side and a wardrobe. Bathroom is next door and is available for the sole use of the guest. There is an additional toilet on ground floor also available. 2nd floor is for the sole use of the host (single high earner professional) The guest have access to 2 floors of the building Ground floor- Kitchen and dining area as well as toilet. There is an office room in the ground floor which is used by the host and not accessible to guests Garden- full access to garen area including the use of the paved patio, furniture and gas BBQ 1st floor- access to own bathroom, own bed room and shared living room with the host. I live in the same house on the second floor. I will be available to help the guests in any way I can. I work 2 days from home and during other days leave home in the morning and back by 7pm Coulsdon forms part of the North Downs. Old Coulsdon had one of the first cricket clubs in the world, founded in 1762. Golf can be played at Woodcote Park Golf Club and at Coulsdon Manor. Horse riding is available on the downs. This leafy development is located just 13 miles south of Charing Cross, with rail passage to London Bridge or London Victoria taking less than 30 minutes
