Very close to all utilities like the super markets and public transportation 10 mins walking to San Stefano mall, you can see it from the window About me, i Studied in faculty of fine arts, now i work as a ceo and founder of an advertising company here in Alexandria My place is cozy, i made it all myself, i'm studying Art and that's my job too so i'm basically working all the time Which makes me and my place very quiet you'll Enjoy the view, and how cozy the place is i'm also offering tea and coffee all day for free You can access the full apartment except my private room, and you're more than welcome to use the kitchen I speak English and Arabic, And i will definitely help you explore the city in my weekend, or my free time everything is around you San Stefano mall, public transportations, supermarkets, pharmacy and restaurants the place is 12 minutes from Sidi Gaber train station, in case you're coming from Cairo and is 2 minutes away from public buses yet you can use Uber or Careem to pick you up and drop you off from just under the building 40$ security fees, ONLY in case you have the apartment for yourself FULLY refunded on leaving
