Surrounded by an endless horizon, the farmhouse is a cosy 2bhk equipped with ac's, balconies to chill and a huge terrace. The property itself is a 6000 sq mt land where local produce is cultivated most times of the year. All basic amenities like an inverter, geyser, cooktop, microwave, fridge, television, water filter, etc is provided so that you're comfortable. The guest has access to the entire property surrounding the farmhouse Yes I'm available at all times... my caretaker who lives just opposite is also available and ready to help at all times I love spending my weekends here cos its away from the city yet it's not. It would barely take you 20 mins to reach diwar from the capital city of panjim. Being here means being a part of nature. The no development zone takes you back to what Goa really is... the hinterlands and not just the beaches. Its totally worth the experience. You can find alot of things to do while you're chilling here. Go on a bicycle ride, take a tour around diwar and the surrounding areas like Old Goa's heritage. You can also try your hand at water sports or book a yacht, try fishing or learn farming. A car or a bike would be the best option. The farmhouse is located on an island (diwar) pretty close to panjim hence the ferry commute timings are limited. We will only be able to entertain check ins from 7 am to 7pm...
