Incredibly cozy apartment in a very quite, yet close to the center, place in Bakuriani. Suitable not only for ski entertainment but also for a mountain rest. There is a pine forest very close to the building In Bakuriani you can enjoy the nature and give a little treatment to your body enjoying the air full of oxygen. Just to be clear... this is not an apartment to rent... this is my home when I am in Bakuriani. It is a studio apartment with all needed for even a long stay. There are all appliances as listed and in very good order. I will be more than glad to receive any feedback and suggestions to be able to improve your and others' stay in future. Cleaning is not regular, but one time only. If any of the quest needs cleaning on a regular basis, we can help you to negotiate with the lady who does this job. You can reach Bakuriani from Tbilisi by minibus for a price about 5 Euro per person. Detailed video description on how to reach the space will be provided to the guests. Me and my co-host will be available on cell phone 24/7 and will easily help you with any problem that occurs. We don't promise to be there personally, but will do everything that you don't feel our absence. As written above, the building is near to the ski tracks, but also, and this makes it unique location, to the pine forest. Many people with children visit Bakuriani because of its climate.. We drink tap water here. The place is about 15 minutes of walking from the central station. 3 minutes of walking from the main road. Restaurants, markets etc are on 15 minutes walking distance.. The place does not have an air conditioning system, but you won't need it, trust me :)
