Traditional Seaside Cottage - Chania

A two-floor 120m² cottage, located only180m from the beach and 15 min (by car) from the centre of Chania. Only two min from the National Road, where you can travel by car to some of the most beautiful beaches of the world (Falassarna, Elafonisi, Balos, etc). It offers wonderfull sea view and a big gardren. Right next to a 5-star resort spa, accessible to visitors that want to enjoy extra facilities. This place is ideal for relaxing and exploring the best parts of Crete. It is right next to a wonderful and very quiet beach and offers quick access throung the national road to the center of Chania and other wonderful and famous destinations of Crete. It is suitable for families with young children or 2-3 adult couples. In 4 minutes you can walk to a very nice beach. It also offers quick access several Greek taverns, mini markets and shops where you can buy fresh fruits, vegetables and traditional Cretan products. It is right next to a luxury resort spa with open access to guests that want to try summer cocktails, the relaxing atmosphere of a swimming pool (ideal for couples and families with young kids), a tennis court and other enjoyable facilities (with very reasonable extra charge ofcourse). It is 15-20 minutes by car to the center of the town (from the national road) but also quite close to some of the most exotic beaches of Chania (Elafonisi, Falassarna, Paleochora ect.) It basically depends on my guests' need. I am usually willing to suggest them nice places for food, swimming. I am also very familiar with specific places that are family friendly. I am always willing to respond immediatelly to my guests requirements. The Cottage is right next to Cavo Spada Resort Spa, a five star hotel with free access to visitors that wish to enjoy relaxing and enjoyable facilities at reasonable prices. It has very nice swimming pools (one especially for kids). You can snack or have a coffee there or even visit one of it's nice restaurants. Quite near, but preferably by car you can go to supermarkets and mini shops that shell fresh fruits, meat or fish (at Tavronitis and Kolimvari). There is public transportation to the center of Chania. But it is much more convenient to travel by car on the national road and arrive in several central areas (as the old town, the traditional market ect) in almost 15 minutes. (Website hidden by Airbnb)
