The price listed is for 2 people to use the Queen bed room, if you need the extra room with bunk beds it will be $15 extra per person p/n Guests are welcome to use the full kitchen facilities, complete with dishwasher and microwave. There is a gas stove, as well as slow cooker, electric frypan, and air fryer. Please use chopping blocks when preparing meals. There is several provided. Relax and unwind over a game of pool, or get comfy on the couch and watch Netflix. Unlimited wifi is available. Please don’t let children play with pool table unattended. There is a full laundry, with washing machine and dryer. And laundry tub. There is also an undercover carport, that is used as a outdoor area. I am generally away at night, so you will have place to yourself. But I am only a phone call away if you have any questions or need assistance. We are 10kms from Gin Gin. It is a small friendly town, with an IGA, newsagents, post office, hardware shop, chemist, a couple of bakeries, and cafes. Must have own private transport There is 2 rooms locked up, one is my bedroom, the other is my workroom.
