Drive through the "Avenue of Honour" (many farms offer fruit-picking) A further 45 minute drive will take you to historical Ballarat. Visit Ballarat Wild-life Sanctuary and Sovereign Hill. As the farm is centrally located to the City of Melbourne in the East, Ballarat in the West, Geelong and surf-coast in the South and Gisbourne in the North, it is a great way to stay for an extended period of time and really see some outstanding places with around just 1 hour drive in each direction. For punters - Tabcorp is just a 2 minute drive from the property. It is a large Harness-racing facility on Ferris Road, Melton. Check your map for access from your direction that you’re travelling.
