In the leafy St Ives Chase area This is a self contained 1 bdrm new granny flat. The entire flat is fully furnished. It’s stands independently with a small shared space which is our garage. We only use the garage to come and grab some stored items such as kids bike helmets etc on an occasional basis. The guests can access the entire flat which is exclusively for their use. The only shared space is the garage that we need access to on an occasional basis to grab something. Always available by text or phone call if you need anything. Close to national park, small shopping centre, petrol station, kids park, bus stop. Plenty of off-street parking, catch the bus or ride your bike in this leafy location. Bike and helmet available for extra charge.
