Your accommodation is set in a quiet rural location 5 minutes drive or 25 minutes walk from main street, this is a self contained studio unit with full bath ,kitchenette.and BBQ.Drive right up to the door. You Kitchenette is equipped with a full sized Refrigerator with a freezer. Microwave, Airfryer, Electric banquette frypan, Kettle, Toaster, Coffee plunger, complimentary tea, coffee, sugar & basic condiments. Enjoy a glass of Port courtesy of your hosts. The property has Solar Panels, we recycle as much as we can plus the entire house runs on Rainwater, drinking water has a filter tap. Parking available for vehicle & trailer The roost is fully self contained with your own private access, you will have sole use of all facilities in the roost. Your accommodation is under the same roof as the main house but fully seperate from each by locked doors, to ensure your privacy. Hosts will be on site. Mannum is a historic town on the Murray River, it has multiple dining opportunities, including bakeries, hotels, club, cafe & take-aways. There are also 2 seven day supermarkets, museum, lookout, scenic drives river cruises & more Walking Trails, Bike hire, own vehicle will be required.
