Newly built 3 BRM house in Perth is perfect for up to 6 people. The spacious, fully furnished home is located 15 mins from the airport, 25 mins from CBD. The home has 5 beds (1 double bed, 4 single beds), full kitchen amenities with a gas stove, oven and microwave, free WIFI, aircon, laundry facilities and free onsite parking. This newly built 3 bedroom house provides a comfortable and clean accommodation with a brand new and full kitchen. All beds come with fresh linen and towels for each guest. The full kitchen includes a gas stove, oven, microwave, kettle and fridge and the hosts have provided the basic cookware, utensils and condiments for your convenience. The hosts also provides complimentary milk, tea, coffee and cereal for every guest. Before your stay and upon arrival there will be a Welcome Guide for information about the home and a guide to Perth. Free WIFI is also available and guests are welcome to use the laundry amenities in the house. The Airbnb home is located behind the host's home and is completely separate. The hosts respect the privacy of our guests, and will only contact when the guests need anything or will message over Airbnb. We also have a self check in/check out process to minimise contact. Upon arrival, please drive down the driveway on the right hand side of the house, and you will find the Airbnb home behind the host's home. It is completely separate with its own entrance and parking space. The home is private and completely separate to the host's home. You'll have a separate parking area, entrance and private space. As the hosts live next door, they are happy to accommodate if the guests need any help with the home. In the case you need a space for self isolation, we understand and are here to help. As the hosts live next door we can be of assistance if needed by Airbnb messages, while maintaining their distance. Our home is located in the suburb of Langford, a quiet suburb tucked away in the south east area of Perth. Located 15 mins from the airport, and 25 mins from the city, it is recommended while staying at our home to hire a car for your convenience, as public transport is not frequent in the area. Westfield Carousel Shopping Centre has recently gone through a centre transformation, and is one of the biggest shopping centres in Perth. Only a short 5 min drive away, Westfield has a wider range of retail options including department stores, food courts and a cinema, with many new restaurants and bars on the rooftop. Langford shopping centre is the closest shops, a short 2 mins drive and is a small centre with basic shops and restaurants. Riverton Shopping Centre is a bigger centre and is located a 7 mins drive away, complete with Woolworths and Coles supermarket, retail shops and a bottle shop for your convenience. There are cafes and restaurants around the shopping centre. Popular Perth tourists attractions including Kings Park, Fremantle, Cottesloe Beach, Araluen Gardens and Perth Zoo are all 30 mins drive away. Our home is also a popular pit stop along the way to destinations such as Margaret River, Albany, Busselton, Mandurah and more. The nearest shopping centre is a short drive away, it is not recommended to walk there. For public transport, the closest train station 10 min drive. However with ample parking available on the property, we would strongly recommend to have a car during your stay.
