This is not a bedroom in a small apartment with few extras. If you are looking for a very, very comfortable big bedroom in new luxurious home with many extras for a reasonable price then this is it. The house is large with modern bathrooms, big kitchen, pool, outdoor deck and multiple living areas. It is situated in a quiet area but close to Macquarie Uni and Macquarie Centre - accessed by public transport. Guests can access all communal areas of the house including the kitchen, pool, and all living areas. We live on site and are very friendly with all our guests. If the guest prefers their own private time we can do that too. North Epping is a peaceful leafy part of Sydney with parks and bushland providing many walking tracks. Great suburb of Sydney.
