You will enjoy your stay in perfect natural surroundings in a very quite beautiful place. The property has 12 spacious bedrooms across two floors in two bungalows side by side. The place is great for group of families and group of friends. 4 (four) bedrooms has 2 double bed each and can take 2 extra persons, 4 (four) bedrooms has 1 double bed each and can take 2 extra persons, 4 (four) bedrooms has 1 double bed each and can take 1 extra adult. Totally all 12 bedrooms can accommodate 52 adults. It has a common shared swimming pool, living room, garden, terrace, Table tennis, billiard & game room and shared kitchen. Balconies are available with all rooms. Great to walk around- wide concrete roads around the property. - Well maintained- the caretaker does a brilliant job of maintaining the property well. Interiors are charming- a blend of modern and traditional artefacts are placed around the house. You can request for a barbecue set up and its the best experience ever. Living room has excellent views of lush greenery around, you sneak a peak at the mountains with the clouds, the sliding French windows/Doors helps to get clear views. Ample parking available for minimum 6 cars and more. Well Maintained lawns. Appliances like a double door Fridge, microwave, gas range available for self cooking. Perfect weekend Getaway. Guest can access shared full kitchen with fridge and cook their food, shared living room, shared carom board, shared billiard (game) room, table tennis, garden and shared terrace. Karla is very close to Lonavla is the nearest rail station is Malavli. The Ekvira Aai Mandir a Hindu temple & Karla Caves are located very near to the property. Take Lonawala's last exit if you are coming from Mumbai and drive about 8 k.m towards Pune and arrive at Karla. Ask for Vignesh Vikas which is 200 meters from the Karla phata. One wheel chair available on the property. Malavli railway station is 3 km from the property and enough public transport is available nearby. A taxi or rickshaw can be booked from the property. Six sitters are available from Karla Fata for Lonavla. Smoking is not allowed. Shoes are not allowed in rooms. From 10 PM to 7AM quite hours. We do not take security deposit. We expect our guests to treat our property as their own home. This is not a hotel, here we give homely service. So do not compare. We take utmost care to give 5* service. You may store your eating items in the shared Refrigerator on your floor only.All sharing places and amenities are on first come first basis. Swimming pool rules: (Currently closed due to COVID-19) 1. Swimming pool timings must be strictly followed 2. All children below 12 years must be accompanied by adults 3. Proper swimming costume is necessary to enter pool 4. Any type of bottles, glasses, drinks, alcohol or shoes are not allowed inside swimming pool 5. All persons must take shower before entering pool 6. Management reserves the right to deny entry to any person at anytime 7. Management shall not be responsible for any damages, loss of items or injury or death of any person 8. Pushing, running or any horseplay is not allowed 9. Diving or jumping in the pool is not allowed.
