Located in a heart of Nature park Velebit, only a few meters from the crystal clear sea, our Resort is ready to spoil you with its breathtaking sea view, beauty of nature, spaciousness, privacy and comfort. Are you looking for a spot with privacy with no neighbors for celebrations, reunions, or family get-togethers? Then look no further because Luna Boutique Resort is a perfect place for your vacation. The Resort is situated on a tip of a laguna overlooking Island Pag and Karlobag’s old church – it is the very last property in Karlobag town towards the south. There are no neighbors - the nearest house is on the opposite side of the laguna. It spreads over an area of 1000m2. Fruits, spices, and edible plants such as grapes, rosemary, rock samphire, sage, figs, and other Mediterranean plants grow on the property so depending on the date of your arrival, you might be lucky to freely enjoy these delicacies during your vacation. Please note that AC is not installed in bungalows - only inside of the house. The Resort includes a villa and glamping area. It features a family house with 4 bedrooms with separate entrances, 3 bungalows, large covered terrace, large open terrace with barbecue, indoor kitchen, outdoor cooking area, 3 dining areas, 3 camper caravans, camping pitches, and a beach with a private jetty and a storage room for swimming and beach accessories. A private boat anchor place is also available for guests with boats. There are 8 separate bathrooms available and 7 bedrooms with separate entrances. The entire area is fenced, dog friendly and it provides shaded parking space. Karlobag town is within walking distance (10 min). Use your stay as an opportunity to explore fascinating local attractions including: Within 30 min ride: Nature Park Velebit trails and peaks, Panoramic road Nikola Tesla, Zavratnica bay, Island Pag (local boat trip) etc. Within 60 min ride: Zrce party beach, Zadar city, National park Paklenica, National park North Velebit, Nikola Tesla birthplace and Memorial center, Island Rab etc. From 1.6. - 31.8. the minimum reservation period needs to be 7 days and we only accept reservations from Saturday till Saturday. Outside of that period we also rent on shorter periods. The price you see indicated is for up to 16 guests. The Resort can host up to 30 guests. We can provide foldable beds and there are even camping pitches with 3 camper caravans. For each guest, after 16 the price is 30 EUR per night (June-August) and 25 EUR per night from September till May. In case you are a group of young people we will require a deposit of 500 EUR upon your arrival which you will receive at the end of your stay if no damage is done. A part of our property and accommodation is robinsonic in nature. Nowadays this concept of vacation is known as "glamping". If you are into camping, outdoor life, and nature exploration this won't be a problem for you but if you are looking for a modern lux villa you might want to book elsewhere. Regarding beaches in Croatia - they are rarely private so 'our' beach is technically public. Over the summer there could be occasional visitors on the beach in front of the house. However, visitors always avoid our jetty and the concrete plateau where our guests may settle and enjoy undisturbed. Luna Resort is a legally registered rental property business meaning that your stay will be completely legal and secured (be careful when booking - many listed properties are illegal so you may be involved in violation of the law). Local laws in Croatia require hosts to copy personal data from each guest (from either passport or an ID) and submit that data to the local tourist bureau and to the police in order to ensure the provision of safety, quality of service, and statistical analysis of national tourism. Therefore, when you will be checking in, we or our assistants will take photos of your documents and register your residence. Thank you for your understanding.
