It occupies the whole ground floor with private entry. It is a spacious apartment (aprox. 75 sq.m.) surrounded by bushland , heritage gum trees and high quality houses in a prestigious family friendly and safe suburb , close to all amenities. From the comfort of a huge, private deck coming off the large open-plan living area, enjoy the leafy peace and quiet of our tropical garden, the bushland view and local birds and wildlife. Location This unique apartment set amongst the natural beauty of northern Sydney, it is also only 5 minutes walk to the train station, giving you easy access to and from the airport and to all city attractions. It is easy direct train ride from the city centre, the Opera House, Circular Quay, etc. It is a short drive to the beach and a shopping centre is nearby. There are many beautiful restaurants, pubs and cafeterias in Pymble and Gordon. It is also in very close proximity to the stunning Lane Cove and Kuringai National Parks. Amenities There is wi-fi internet access, and a large flat screen TV in the living area. In the master bedroom there is a king sized double bed, 2 single beds in a smaller bedroom,a couch and collapsible bed in the living area . The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a new electric stove and electric oven, fridge, a microwave, kettle and utensils, a bathroom with a shower, a master bedroom with walk in wardrobe, an internal laundry and a large living area with bi-fold doors that open to the huge deck. WE INVITE NON SMOKERS ONLY Transport 5 minute walk to Pymble train station and many buses. Guests will have their private entry to the apartment and access to the parking space next to the apartment and huge deck. They will have their own waste bins for recycling and general waste. As we live upstairs we can help at any moment with your questions. We will respect your privacy as well. Very green and peaceful. Rail Station 5-7 minutes walk. Buses on Pacific Hwy even closer. Our apartment is approximately 30 metres down the steep shared driveway. There is a parking space next to the apartment. Driving in is easy, but driving out little bit tricky. But there are plenty of free parking on the street.
