Spacious private room in trendy loft

Spacious private room in my great loft. In close proximity to many major sites in Rotterdam such as the Euromast, Kunsthal, Witte de Withstraat, Markthal and Ahoy. Tramstation 1 min walk, watertaxi 1 min. walk, metrostation 7 min. walk. I have put great care in making the space feel like a home away from home. The beds are single beds but can be made into one comfortable double bed (1,80 mtr wide). You are welcome to use the fridge and the kitchen for making tea and coffee (which I will also be more than happy to make for you!). I have a little dog (dachshund called Laika) who is now 13 years of age. She's very affectionate once she knows you. If you are allergic to dogs, you may reconsider booking. My house is very clean, but there are some rugs and Laika does like to chill on the rug in the guest bedroom. I work during daytime in close proximity to the house. My loft is situated in Rotterdam Delfshaven, which is in the western part of town, very close to the city center. Delfshaven is a very multicultural part of Rotterdam, the pier where I live is known for its port activities. Usually, there are one or more commercial boats moored close by. Depending on the season, one or more cruiseships sail by every week on their way to either the city center or back towards the North Sea and often people drive up here just to see them sail by. Tramstation 1 min walk, watertaxi 1 min. walk, metrostation 7 min. walk. Also very close to the Maastunnel, which takes you straight to Rotterdam Zuid (and Ahoy) in about 15 minutes. I have a dog.
