Rosebank Cottage

Pretty, light, cosy, comfortable cottage. Rosebank cottage is located just 3kms from Pemberton. Set in beautiful cottage gardens and backing on to Gloucester National Park, the walking/biking options are endless. Open plan living area, 40" LED Smart TV. Wifi throughout. Wonderfully comfortable queen bed. Fine cotton sheets and Egyptian cotton towels. Claw foot bath, shower cubicle, heated towel rail. Fully equipped with everything you need for your country getaway. Set on 5 acres, surrounded by beautiful cottage gardens, amazing birdlife, kangaroos and backing onto the Gloucester National Park. The cottage is totally your own space. You have your own verandah overlooking the garden and there is a beautful 'corner garden' where you may enjoy a peaceful sit. If you wish to access the National Park directly from the site, you can walk through our forest area or Olive trees. There is ample parking outside and also a garage area (height limit 1.8m) and full laundry. We live onsite (although our house is separate to the cottage). We will give you complete privacy or likewise, if you want to have a chat or find out some local information we're happy to do so. Set in a peaceful area just outside Pemberton, where all houses are on large (5 acre) block sizes. We are located next to (400m) the Lavender and Berry Farm which is just lovely for an afternoon tea overlooking the lake. A car or bike is really required for your stay, although we are happy to collect or pick up from Pemberton if prior arrangement is made. There is also a 'taxi' service available. We are fully Shire approved. We have no cleaning fee. Smart TV with Netflix supplied. We have our 'family' of chooks on site so fresh eggs are often available free of charge - just ask.
