Take advantage of the newly installed bathroom for hot dual head massaging showers and the equipped kitchen and laundry with appliances complete the house for your long term convenience. Close to all amenities, township and beach all within a few minutes walking distance. There are always great new restaurants and cafes to be explored on close by Beach Road and Port Noarlunga township. Very conveniently located within a 5 min walk to the train station that will take you straight in and out of Adelaide city. 2-3 min drive to Port Noarlunga or Christies Beach and Colonnades Shopping Centre, Good life gym. All an within easy walking distance!
