The nearby (100m) nature woodland reserve is a sanctuary for a variety of birds, deer and especially butterflies. The area really is a picture book of what you expect of the English countryside, and of course Elgar’s countryside - Especially for those just wanting to relax and get away from the City. However, you can just enjoy the quiet and have your services brought to you ..There are several Take Away Services available too, but a car or taxi ride away (10 minutes),and of course there’s Deliveroo or similar ! Best if you have your own transport.
