On the upper floor, one bedroom with twin beds, sitting room and newly refurbished bathroom with shower unit, toilet and washbasin. Guests are welcome to use the garden behind the cottage , which is accessed by 3 steps with handrail. With gas central heating, and space for parking, the cottage is situated on a quiet lane in Grindleton, 3 miles from the market town of Clitheroe. Excellent walking area, close to the Trough of Bowland and the Yorkshire Dales - the cottage is in a great place to explore the surrounding area. We live in Crossfold House just close by. There are no shops in Grindleton, but within a mile and a half there is a great Butchers, Spar and Post Office, and plenty of good eating places nearby Lots of lovely walks in the surrounding area either directly from the cottage or within a short drive
