Excellent position close to Naples (40 km) and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. The house is well illuminated and comfortable, with classy finishes. Is also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house. It's also available a big solarium. The place is extremely quiet and relaxing (in fact there is NO WIFI). It's suited to anyone who's searching for tranquility. We love animals and we have several good dogs so....dogs are welcome here! READ CAREFULLY: if you are afraid or don't like dogs, please don't book because as already specified, I am the mom of 4 dogs (one big) very sweet and very good. As has already happened, I don't like guests coming to my house and asking to keep dogs closed, thanks! -Moreover, my dogs are very rude and immature and have the bad habit of making needs even along the avenue leading to the house, which makes us understand clearly that they are not constipated but also in this case some guests have penalized us on the "cleaning". We want to clarify that cleaning is among our main concerns but it is a difficult enough concept for our dogs! :-D The accommodation is absolutely safe from the entry of strangers to my family, the parking is inside a private property and the area surrounding the house is at your complete disposal for long walks. The place is so private that doors and windows can remain open night and day without anyone's disturbance. We are completely at your disposition for any question or problem. That's all, so, we hope you'll enjoy your vacation. For people who stay for more than three days, a lunch with local cuisine will be prepared. 😊 I also highly recommend the car to get to the beach because the Domiziana is a fast-moving two-way street with poor lighting in the evening. The peacefullness of this site creates, on the other hand, problems of mobility for those who don't have a car or a motorbike which are strongly recommanded. This place is great for thos who rent a car at their arrival. N.B. I want to make some clarifications: sometimes happens that guests who ask, or better, demand things that are explicitly referred to as absent. I am fully available for my guests and I try in every way to meet every need, request or problem that may arise. Nevertheless some people do not seem to appreciate my efforts, so my "advice" is: if you think you are in a hotel this is not the case, this is my house open to you. So, if you have any requests or needs necessary for you, please ask whether it is possible to meet your needs or not, all before booking. I will answer every question quickly. So that you can make your stay at my home as pleasant as possible for you and the least mortifying for me. OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The way to go to reach the house is (unfortunately) a private road and the other inhabitants don't want to collaborate in the cementing so that it is a dirt road and annoying to travel (but until now traveled by everyone). We regret that some guests may complain about this but it is important to understand that it does not depend on us and for this reason, in order to avoid possible complaints or bad evaluations, we are keen to make this situation known. So when you book, keep this in mind. If you do not accept the fact that the countryside involves the presence of animals, I ask you to look for another apartment that best suits your needs. **BREAKFAST: milk and coffee will be offered. Accompanied by croissants, rusks with jam/nutella or homemade desserts (all depending on your preferences and our availability) :)
