Independent 45 m2 house featuring a living room, 1 bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom (shower and double basin) and separate wc, a terrace, located in a wide 7000m2 shared with the owner's house (Bed and Breakfast). Recommended for 1 or 2 persons, it can also accommodate a couple with a baby or small child. Electrical heaters, TV, wifi. Swimming pool accessible in the summer (shared with B&B), bicycles, BBQ. Bed sheets in option (10€/bed), towels and toiletry kit in option (6€/person). Bed width: 160 cm. Kitchen is equipped with 4 spot gas stove, fridge, micro-wave and grill oven, coffee pot, kettle, bread toaster and cooking utensils. Located in the countryside. At the entrance of the village of Vallans when coming from Epannes. There is a bakery in the village. Other facilities (including grocery store) at 5km. Very good spot for hiking and bicycling. I am discreet, but will be available if you if you need! I can recommend places to visit, restaurants, help you with booking activities if you want. Train station in Niort or Mauzé-sur-le-Mignon. Airport in La Rochelle.
