Our lovely beach house is available for rentals. In the beautiful Vale of Glamorgan, 5 minutes walk to Dunraven beach, a short drive from Ogmore on sea and surrounded on all sides by magnificent views and wonderful walks. Our 5 bedroom property suitable for family holidays or get-togethers, we have a huge, sunny walled garden to the front of the house that is safe for pets and children. 4 double bedrooms and 1 x twin. The bedrooms at the front of the house have lovely views down to the sea. This is our family holiday home so the kitchen is stocked with essentials. We ask that you just replace what you use. Well stocked kitchen with aga and pantry / utility room with plenty of space for drying wetsuits and beach things. Washing Machine and dishwasher Lounge has TV, DVD and playstation with a massive DVD library and games cupboard. House not suitable for mobility impaired as there are no ground floor bedrooms 1 small dog welcome downstairs only Walled garden with fire pit, BBQ, picnic bench and huge garden beanbags We have a care taker on site in the stable block behind the property to help with any questions about the property and I am at the end of the phone to answer any queries Some lovely towns nearby to visit like Cowbridge and Lantwit Major Car is required. Southerndown is about 40 minutes drive from Cardiff, 15 mins from Bridgend and about 30 minutes from Cardiff Airport Please note that towels are not included in the rental of the cottage unless by prior agreement.
