Casa Las Caglias offers 5 double-bed studios with kitchenette, shower and toilet. The bathrooms are small, similar to the ship's design, as Casa Las Caglias is situated on a rock like a cruise ship. Casa Las Caglias is the perfect holiday solution for 2 people, singles or couples, with access to the living room, hall and the magical pool. A fee for parking and tourist tax is charged locally. Over New Year's Eve we recommend a minimum stay of 5 nights. You will rent a double bed studio with kitchenette in our Casa Las Caglias which has in all 5 double rooms to give. The Casa Las Caglias is a non smoking-aparthome with eight double rooms, equipped with bath, toilet and kitchen and SAMINA sleeping systems. It was built in the sixties by Rudolf Olgiati and has been renovated in 2002 by MD Therese Augsburger and the Architect Juerg Spoerri. Our wireless LAN (Apple Airport) is free for all guests.. Do not miss the famous Cafe Las Caglias in the neighbor house. Since 2006 we have equipped the Casa Las Dunschalas with a professional kitchen, a dining room and 4 vacation flats with totally 14 beds. So - if ever this room is already booked, asked for something similar. We will have other solutions. In the neighborhood you find the lake of Cauma, the lake of Cresta, the grand Canon of the Rhein river, the Martin's hole of Unesco tectonic area and the Pinut climbing area. The Casa Las Caglias is an oasis, a place of spiritual power and calmness - no wonder, it is built on a rock. The swimming pool in the neighbor house Radulff invites you for a bath. The restaurant Las Caglias is a very special place with delicious menus and and a distinguished wine card. In summer and winter there is a local shuttle bus connecting Flims with Laax and Falera. The yellow post bus brings you every hour back and forth to Chur and from there with the train in 90 minutes to Zuerich. Guests have fully access to the room (which is fully equipped studio for 2 people including bathroom and kitchenette), to the ski-room in the cellar and to the pool in the neighbor house. Access to the washing machine in the laundry is possible on request. Tourism taxes of CHF 5.00/person and night will be added. Normally we do not interact with our guests, unless something is of high urgency. Our guest rent a vacation apartment and stay for their own. Our neighborhood has a dreamful architecture by Rudolf Olgiati and the area is totally quite. We love if our guests respect this as well. There is a public bus leaving from Hotel Surpunt (300m away) to the lifts and back as well. Parking fee in front of our house is CHF 12.00/night in summer and CHF 16.00/night in winter. Please consider seriously our informations about arrival, car parking, no smoking, no littering, no shouting and crying. And - our flat and double bed studios are also on other platforms to equal prices, so please consider that we are not cheaper on airbnb.
