Cozy in-law apt attached to my single fam home with it's own private entrance. Prime location close to the mass pike, Rt 9, and Fram State University. Featuring: 1 bedroom with 1 full bathroom w shower. Open plan living room with a pull out bed couch and completely furnished with a dining area and a kitchenette. Induction cook top, convection oven, NO stove, Full size fridge, microwave, air fryer, blender & coffee maker for use. Private separate entrance all of the above on one private floor. The space includes (all in one floor and private) Room #1: bedroom with full bath Room #2: Open plan living room and kitchenette. There is a full size refrigerator, toaster convection oven, microwave, TV, Roku, and wifi available. This private space has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Check-in time after 2 pm and on, check out at 11 AM. Please message me a little bit about yourself, and what brings you to Framingham, before trying to book. Drive way parking available and off street parking. -10 to 15 minute walk to local bus station. -10 minute drive to MBTA/Commuter rail -5 min drive to mass pike and route 9. -25 min walk to Framingham State Guests have access to the entire private space, front yard and a portion of the driveway. Minutes from downtown shopping and restaurants. Waking distance to CVS, Stop and shop, gas station convenience store, hair salon, pizza, subshop, ice cream shop, liquor store and the town common. The home is close to a few bus stops and a 12-17 min drive to the train. If planning on staying, a rental car or your own vehicle would be highly recommended. Public transport to Boston by car can be 40-45 min, so having a car is essential. However you can submit a trip request to Uber anytime, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
