Beauly is a welcoming small town with a café culture and ample shops and takeaways hotels banks post office and eateries. Beautiful views you wont forget from this accommodation. Country location. If you have read the books or seen the TV series this is OUTLANDER country, Culloden Battlefield half hour drive, "the high court in Beauly" (no longer), "Achnasheen" mention, Fraser country, see for yourself. Visit Cawdor Castle (MacBeth) Urquhart Castle, to name but a few. We are on NC500 route north a wonderful drive. (even get the T-shirt!!) Train and bus to Inverness city 15 mins by train or 25 mins by car from Beauly. Car park by caravans. Car recommended although not essential. Village within walking distance downhill. freedom to come and go as you wish. Takeaways Indian Chinese and Fish and Chips in local village. Many cafes and butchers bakers..... Covid 19. Due to the current situation we are working with strict cleaning protocols. One of which is the request that all guests must remove and bag all used bed linen, towels and tea towels prior to departure. Similarly all refuse waste should be bagged and deposited in bins at back of house. Windows in every room must also be left open on departure.
