Rustic house in a mountain village

It has a tourist license. Lovely rustic house on 4 floors with magnificent mountain views in the village of Bunyola. The house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room in the attic, a terrace overlooking the mountains of 30m2 (perfect for summer dining), a kitchen and a large room on the ground floor. The whole house is decorated in a rustic style of the village. At home, in addition to the owners, lives a beautiful 2 year old dog totally harmless and very affectionate. Of the 2 rooms available, 1 is for the housekeeper and the other for guests, in total there are 2 beds available but we can find a third bed if necessary as the bedrooms are very spacious. Guests can access and use all areas of the house: bathrooms, kitchen, living room, garage, etc.. We have plasma TV, 10Mbps internet connection, new appliances: large fridge, washing machine, cooker and dishwasher. The house is located in the village of Bunyola, one of the most beautiful in the Sierra de Tramuntana (World Heritage Site) and also very close to Palma (the capital), which is only 20 minutes drive. Guests will find public transport to Palma by bus or train. The railway opened in 1912, is one of the most important tourist attractions of Mallorca and that joins the villages of Sóller and Bunyola with Palma, crossing the mountains through beautiful valleys. Also, if you like the mountain and adventure sports in Bunyola you will find your ideal place. In Sa Comuna de Bunyola (set of mountains with the biggest woodland area of the Balearic Islands) you will find mountainbike routes, canyoning, climbing, walking and magnificent hiking trail!
