If you want to avoid the crowds and spend a quiet holiday this is the perfect place for you. This is a new house. We have two apartments and possibility to host at the most 12 persons. The price for both apartments is €190 per night. One is bigger for max 8 persons and one is smaller for max 4 persons. On the ground floor is a smaller apartment. There are one room with double bed and living room with sofa bed for two, there are a kitchen, dining room, bathroom and a large terrace with BBQ in front of the house. On the first and second floor is a bigger apertment. There are a kitchen, dining room, living room (with sofa bed for two), bathroom and a large terrace on the first floor, on the top floor there are three bedrooms (one roome with double bed, one room with two single beds, one room with one single bed), bathroom and terrace also. There is everything you need as you are at home. If you have a car, this is the best choice for you! This place is a bit far from the center of Budva, about 10-15 minutes. Close to the house there are much nicer beaches than the beaches in the center of Budva. Nearby are several excellent restaurants. Near our house there is a place called Petrovac. It is the same small town where you could find everything you could possibly need. Approximately the same distance there is a pebble and sand beach but on different sides. Quiet neighborhood, it is a compex of very arranged and luxurious villas There are a few free parking places near the house We offer car rental services, transfers and excursions around Montenegro.
