Casabalau is located in a UNESCO World Heritage Area of Natural Beauty, the house is set in a vineyard with the most fantastic views. The 7 bedroom house with private pool provides a fully equipped kitchen, quality bedding, towels and pool towels also offers a games room, with full size pool table, football table, dart board and table tennis table. The house is ideal for a group of families holidaying together. Suitable for winter with central heating throughout, 3 solid fuel stoves Ideally located within an immaculately managed vineyard. 5 minutes of numerous bars, restaurants and shopping in Costigliole D'Asti. 15 minutes from historical City of Asti and 25 minutes from the beautiful city of Alba. The pool is open from June to September. There is an option to heat the pool at an additional Euro 250/week. Heating is not normally required in July and August, however some guests prefer the extra comfort. Whilst we are in a great location with many restaurants and cafes a short drive away, it is possible to arrange catering at the villa or have our 'pizza team' come to the villa to take all the work out of a pizza evening, leaving you to add your toppings, join in with the pizza baking or simply relax and enjoy. Winery and food product tours can be arranged and we have a local interpreter that can accompany you on any tours if required.
