Visit Wales 5 star rated and fully renovated 3 bedroom self contained upper floor apartment with loft conversion - great ocean views one mile from Pembrokeshire coastal path. Oak floors and large, high ceiling dining/kitchen/sitting area (approx. 10m x 4m) with wood burner. Fully equipped kitchen, large open and sunny dining area, comfortable living area Exterior is separate garden area with pergola seating area, table and chairs, BBQ area, all next to raised veggie beds and own park area. Recent complete renovation of 19th century house with lime washed render on original stone walls. Large high ceiling open living area with central kitchen , dining with ceiling height windows onto the hamlet, living area with log burner. Two bedrooms (one king size one double bed) sharing bathroom with slipper bath. Open oak stairs up to loft landing/sitting area, third loft bedroom (king size bed) and ensuite shower room. The flat is entirely self contained with its own access via interior staircase. Fully soundproofed so no Garden with pergola seating area with plants and flowers growing, next to raised vegetable beds (PLEASE take some courgettes if they're in season!). BBQ area and chimenea if evenings a little cooler but you still fancy outdoor dining. I still work - so frequently away for a few days, but generally available for any questions. If I'm home I live downstairs, but good quality sound insulation so we won't hear each other. Small Welsh speaking hamlet with lovely old church, school (now a community/church hall) sorrounded by farmland (dairy - road to Porthgain blocked twice daily as the cows come in for milking). Under a mile to Porthgain (the Shed Bistro, harbour, art galleries and the Sloop pub!). Also only a 15 minute walk to the Blue Lagoon ( (Hidden by Airbnb) Red Bull cliff diving Pembrokeshire) and Traeth Llyfn beach. Village of Trefin with historic mill under 2 miles away. St Davids (Britain's smallest city) is 5 miles away. House is on very edge (ie other side of the road) to Britain's only coastal National Park. From St Davids you can book activities such as coasteering, dolphin watching, climbing. Bus stop in front will take you to several coastal locations so you can walk back via the coast path to Porthgain. Local buses also to Fishguard and St Davids. The cycle route is also in front of the house. Coastal footpath is under a mile away. It's in the country, so be prepared for almost no sounds in the night apart from the occasional owl. Good healthy sea air - straight off the Atlantic!
