Buzzard cottage,Talbenny Hall Cottages

Buzzard is a cosy cottage for two. It comprises of a kitchen area with fridge,oven,hob,granite work tops and a Belfast sink. Then into dining lounge area with TV and wood burner. Round the corner is a shower room with basin and WC. Upstairs is a cosy double bedroom with sloping ceilings and beams. Your dog is welcome as long as they stay off the soft furnishings and you clean up after them outside. PLEASE NOTE WE WILL NO LONGER BE PROVIDING TOWELS AS PART OF OUR CORONAVIRUS PRECAUTIONS As the crow flies we are a mile away from the sea,there are lots of lovely beaches close by many where dogs are welcome. The cottage is private to you, outside your door you will find a table and chairs for your cottage. There are further seating areas on the site, we also have a BBQ area tools and rack can be found in the laundry room. Please put them back clean! We do not live on site but we are often around during the day time cleaning, grass mowing etc. We are always available by phone or text. As previously mentioned the pubs are down in Little Haven it is possible to walk down but you are partly on the road and coastal path. A torch would be useful at night to warn people you are there. There are 3 pubs, The Castle a gastro pub where you can take your dog. The St Brides is a more traditional pub offering a good and varied menu but not allowing dogs. The Swan is our favourite, beams and wood burners welcome you and Sunday lunch is always wonderful. Dogs are only allowed in the bar. There is also a holiday camp you pass on the way to the Cottages which is open to non residents for food and drinks. Ideally as it is such a rural area a car is really the best way to get about. We have had guests who have come by train and then taxi. During the summer months there is a reasonable bus service to get around the area and various beaches and places of interest. There is a local taxi service. There are stairs to the first floor and steps from the parking area.
