Apartment for 2/3 people in a quiet, old mountain village in a romantic and traditional atmosphere, with green hills around. Bellagio and Lake Como are only 10kms away. Milan and Como can be reached by train from Asso, at 10 km. Hikes in the mountains also with bikes. Large terrace in sunny position with beautiful view on the mountains. The house was built about 4 centuries ago! and it still maintains some characteristics, like floors and furniture. The apartment has comfortable period furniture, with modern comfort. Living-room with kitchenette, bedroom with a double bed and a single one, bathroom with shower, TV, radio, free Wi-fi, hairdryer, microwave oven and a large terrace. The fresh, green garden is a few steps away. In the historical centre of the village, sunny and quiet with wide views on the village and the Grigne mountains. Only 5 steps from the street. Large terrace with tables, chairs and sun umbrellas. Washing machine to be shared. Hopefully, weekly stays. A fee of € 12 a day for heating will be requested in winter. We will be present when our guests arrive and leave in order to offer a good service. We like to exchange ideas and give advice on activities and tours and offer tourist information. We may be there also during your stay for some conversation, if you like! In the area you can go for hikes, ride bikes and mountain bikes (Ghisallo and 'Muro di Sormano), play tennis, go for downhill races at San Primo, open-air pool at 15min. walk, water sports and boat tours in Bellagio, shops and restaurants nearby. Magreglio can be easily reached from Milan, Como and Lecco. Free parking nearby. TRENORD train station at 10 km, with bus connection. Switzerland is only 30 km away. Historical building in the centre of the village, at a stone's throw from restaurants, shops, post office. At 500m from the Church of Ghisallo and Bikers'Museum.
