Victorian 2 bedroom property with small garden in Kingswood. The house is very light, tidy and in a very quiet neighbourhood. Excellent connection into the city centre & the ring road towards Bath or the M4 and M5. Please no parties or loud music. My house situated in a very quiet and friendly area with local shops and parks in walking distance. The house is equipped with fire extinguisher, smoke and carbon dioxide alarms. You can access the whole property. I will not be at the property during your stay but can be available for questions at check in or on the phone during your stay. Friendly area with owner occupied houses. Shops, take away and restaurants are within walking distance. Bus stop into town and Bath within 5 minutes walk. You can park your car free of charge on the road outside the house. Public transport into Bristol City Centre -25 minutes Taxi/Uber into centre - 15 minutes and approx £10. High speed internet and Virgin TV with TiVo Box are available.
