Holiday flat near to Koblenz City

Our spacious flat being located in Koblenz-Metternich, was completly refurbished in 2013 and is nicely done up with new furnitures. It is at the ground floor and provide 50 qm space to live for 1 to 4 persons. The flat with its two seperate rooms, a modern bathroom, and a kitchen with furnishings and fittings is a really cozy place to stay. There is a sofa-sleeper with a real mattress for two persons in the living room. The seperate bedroom also has two seperate beds. Both rooms have a garderobe. The TV is placed in one of the two rooms. The new and modern kitchen is equipped with a field cerankoch, an oven, a coffee brewer, a water boiler, and a toaster. The bathroom has a mini-bathtub, a sink and a toilet. An upmarket washerdryer is there, too. Bedclothes and towels are inclusive. Our flat is located near to the "Bundeswehrzentralkrankenhaus" and to the University of Koblenz. Within a few minutes one can reach the City by bus (about 4 km distance). Additionally one can walk or cycle along the close-by Mosel. In the same way shopping facilities for food and a bakery is very close-by. Internet access is there,too. This flat is only for non-smokers and not allowed one to bring pets- we hope you understand! Join us!
