Luminous, fully equipped and modern flat in a high standing building located in Blatten. The flat is composed of 2 bedrooms, a spacious living room with an open kitchen and several cupboards. A parking lot, a ski-room and a playing area for children are included in the housing complex. With only a 3-minute walk to the cable car to Belap, you can fully enjoy the numerous activities provided by the Swiss alpine peaks around the UNESCO Aletsch Glacier all year long. Situated on the ground floor, the flat has large windows to benefit from the sunlight. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a fridge, dishes, coffee and tea machines. The modern interior was thoughtfully designed to make you feel home and enhance the convenient layout of the space. You can enjoy a large TV screen and free WIFI during your stay. In order to host 4 guests, a main bedroom offers a double bed while a second bedroom has two single beds. The necessary furniture and bed linens are at your disposal. Towels, hair dryer and products for the bath are also provided in the elegant and very modern bathroom. You have access to the washing machine and tumble dryer in the communal laundry of the building, located on the same floor as the flat. Since you are at the feet of the famous Swiss ski slopes, you have access to the ski room of the building, next door to the flat. Laundry, ski room, garage, children's playground (summer) The flat belongs to the housing complex «Bergquell » which was recently built in the heart of Blatten, a typical Valais town of Switzerland The housing complex is surrounded by restaurants, cafés and bars, gift shops and supermarkets. You will find typical stores and restaurants to fully experience the Swiss lifestyle. From there, you will have easy and convenient access to the most astonishing places of the Valais region as well as many other areas and cities. For each season, each traveller and each passion exists the perfect activity : it’s time to make your dream holiday come true! Your accommodation is only 3-minute walk away from the cable car that directly goes to the famous ski resort Belalp which will satisfy every ski lover. Every guest can enjoy traditional skiing and snowboarding activities, cross-country skiing and sledging. Families have access to the Kids Day Care Center to take care of children and make them discover the wonders of the snow activities. A little theme park center brings children to the enchanting world of the Belalp Witch, a legend that will entertain little ones and grown-ups. For the adventurers, not only can you snowshoeing or go free-riding but you can also experience challenging ski touring or winter hiking as well as paragliding. There are no limits to your joy and thrills. In summertime, beautiful landscapes will amaze families and travellers who can discover the areas with diverse hiking tracks and rope parks. For more sportive experiences, you can have intensive biking sessions while children can have fun with trotti-biking activities. If Blatten-Belalp is not enough for you, let’s head to the suspension bridge that will bring you to the Aletschwald. This breathtaking forest, with different hiking tracks, gives more natural wonders to discover. Unlike hiking and paragliding, that are year-long activities, the summer holidays will give you the opportunity of canyoning in Massaschlucht ! Last but not least, we invite you to discover the region by the greatest way you will ever experience : an Helicopter sigthseeing flight. While enjoying the most spectacular views and the most incredible feelings you can have, you will feel one with our Swiss treasures : the Matterhorn, the Aletsch glacier and Jungfraujoch among many others. Blatten, situated in the district of Naters, is perfectly located at the heart of the Upper Valais, close to Brig, known as the capital of the region. In addition to the great closeness to the cable car to Belalp, your accomodation surroundings are very well connected to Naters and Brig by buses. By car, it takes 12 to 15 minutes to reach Brig. Brig offers various cultural activities, many restaurants, stores and cafés as well as traditional manifestations throughout the year, being a Swiss city that kept its singular national identity. The train station Birg is intensively used for its direct connection to Italy, to the French and German parts of Switzerland, and numerous ski resorts. Thus, you can enrich your holidays with a quick trip to Milano, Zurich or the jazz festival of Montreux. Valais is also well known for its helicopter sightseeing tours thank to the breathtaking landscape with its world famous majestic mountains.
