House, sleeps 4 in rural Brittany.

House adjoining owners, all modern conveniences including dishwasher, microwave, kettle, fridge -freezer, hob and fan oven, washing machine. Located in small village 1 km from larger village with 2 bars, restaurant, small supermarket and 10 km from Malestroit with 3 large supermarkets, weekly market, several restaurants etc. and on the canal Nantes-Brest. Nearby is La Gacilly - an artisan village with a popular photo festival (mid June-end September) and the botanical garden of Yves Rocher. The house is light and has a spacious kitchen/diner with separate lounge area. The larger bedroom also has an office space. We are happy to accept children but please note that the garden is gravelled at the back, although there is plenty of grass too. There is an enclosed patio area at the front which faces south. Parking is in front of the house. Please note the shower room with toilet is on the ground floor. There is no bath.
