Very good neighborhood walking distance to the Uni, 2 beaches and the city centre. Across the street is a very nice park with a famous little summer restaurant run by a well-knownTV profile. Nice restaurants, coffee-houses and shopping in the area. Bus stops outside the door. The Malmö Opera reopens fall 2020. The Public Library, the Art Hall and the Art and Historical Museum are opened. The Museum of Modern Art reopens fall 2020. Lilla Torg is a hot spot in the old town with lot's of restaurants opened but you have to honour the distance to other people. A bus stop right outside the door. If you need a cab it will be here in less than 5 minutes. Can also be pre-booked if you need to catch an early flight. If you want to go by the local buses tickets can not be bought on board. You have to buy a special bus-card or you can download an app and pay with your cellphone. Don't worry! I'll fill you in on this and that and everything when you get here. You can buy a ticket to Copenhagen or any other city in our area on board the local bus. Trains every 20 minutes to Copenhagen. Very good laundry facilities. In the building there's a supermarket on the ground floor, opened 7-23, postal office, pharmacies, food court.
