2 Double Rooms & Bathroom: Village with City Links

Your booking is for both rooms with the bathroom between. So the space is yours and private. The rooms are downstairs. Perfect for 4 people/family coming to Wirral for an event, you can also easily get to Liverpool and Chester. We live in the house but mainly use upstairs as our lounge, bedroom, bathroom are up there. You will be 5m walk from lovely village with pubs, shops and 2m walk from bus stop to Liverpool. Cul de sac with off road parking & EV charge. Kettles in rooms, we're northern! The set up is handy if there are 4 of you visiting Wirral for a friends or family occasion. The family kitchen is in the centre of our home and guests can use, but there are tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms with a small beer fridge. We both work, and we have a large dog who is friendly and lazy. There are small sinks in each room to clean your teeth but there is a lovely big bathroom with shower for guest use. This is a quiet road that ends in a farm field. There will be space to park on our drive. If you are staying for longer there is a lounge downstairs you can use too. Basically let us know your questions and we'll try to answer promptly. (I have a baby mattress too if there's a little one with you.) It's a very safe area and you can park on our drive. EV owners welcome, we have 2 charge points. You can walk to the village (which also has a car park). You're on bus route to Liverpool. Our 3 bikes are a bit clapped out but you'd be welcome to borrow. We run our own small business, sometimes work away, sometimes work from home. The 2 rooms however are in left hand side of house with bathroom between them so if you chose to get a takeaway rather than eat out you'd be pretty private. There's tea and coffee in the rooms and TVs. We aim to be responsive by text/phone. The village is great as there is a cafe open 7 days for breakfast, brunch etc. There's 2 pubs, one cheap food, one a bit posher. Also an Indian restaurant, award-winning Italian, Chinese takeaway and a chippy. There are general stores, hairdressers etc. This is all a short walk away. If you like the countryside you can access fabulous walks. Irby is special as you are quite countrified here but can get a direct bus into Liverpool which is fantastic. Also close to both Arrowe Park and Clatterbridge Hospitals. Nearby Heswall town has been on top places to live lists and is a 5min drive. West Kirby is a gorgeous seaside town 10min drive away, you can walk to Hilbre Island. Both towns have great restaurants, cafes and shops. Bus to Liverpool is 471 route and goes every 20m from round the corner direct to Liverpool, via Arrowe Park and Birkenhead. In the other direction it will take you to Heswall. If you like walking or cycling, look up the Wirral Way, Thurstaston Shore, Hilbre Island. We are mid way between West Kirby and Heswall, if you want to explore Chester it's about 25m drive. We offer off road parking. We will be in the house during your stay but you should still feel pretty private in your area as the 2 bedrooms and bathroom are all in same part.
