This is a modern, pet friendly detached holiday home providing bright, comfortable accommodation with three bedrooms and a generous living space. The property also has an outside decked area with hot tub and an eating area on an upstairs balcony. Facilities include wifi and a large wifi enabled smart TV and DVD player. The property is located within the Honicombe Manor Holiday Park near Callington in Cornwall. The Manor House has a bar and restaurant with excellent food at reasonable prices. This property benefits from electric central heating and double glazing throughout. The bedrooms are located on the ground floor; one room has a double bed, whilst the second and third bedrooms have twin beds, in the smallest bedroom the single beds are 6" sliimer than standard singles at 2'6" wide . There is also a bathroom and shower room downstairs. Upstairs is a bright open plan space with kitchen at one end, and living/diner area opening onto the upstairs balcony. There are two on-site pools, the indoor pool is open year round, and the outdoor pool in spring and summer. There are also tennis courts, a gym, a games room, and an outside children’s play area, as well as excellent attractions nearby. All beds have duvets, pillows and bed linen provided, and towels are also supplied. The price includes electricity and full access to all of the Honicombe leisure facilities as above. Guests have private access to the whole property. There is a local housekeeper/ property manager who is just a phone call away if you need anything during your stay.
