Ducks, chickens, goats. 1 mile to Wellington and in the Blackdown Hills AONB, great sightseeing, walking & cycling. Quality, stylish self catering holiday accommodation for up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms. Access for people with limited mobility - 1 bedroom + wet room on ground floor. Excellent local pub, serving good home cooked meals. Parking. Ask re: 1/2 night bookings. Guests have the whole cottage to themselves. They have a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge with large flat Smart TV, 3 bedrooms, one with TV. Soft, stylish furnishings. Ultra Fast WiFi. Paddock and gardens for walking with pygmy goats, Guinea fowl, ducks and chickens. Firepit and seating for guests to use in the field as well as proper pizza oven for woodfired pizzas. The cottage is in beautiful countryside yet only 1 mile from Wellington Town centre where you will find independent shops, cafes, farmers market, cinema, supermarkets, museum, swimming pool and sports centre. We are also only 20 miles from Exeter and a short drive from Lyme Regis or Exmouth beaches or Exmoor/Dartmoor. Off road parking available for all guests. Bus stops literally outside the house.
