Friendly Fife base & hostess who goes extra mile!

Quiet, semi-rural village. 5 mins from M90. Easy access to tourist attractions/cities as well as countryside for outdoor pursuits. I am willing to offer B&B and meals if desired + lifts to/from transport points (and attractions) for extra charge. I have knowledge/info about places of interest etc. I'm a chatty, sociable, hands on host, but can give peace/privacy if preferred. 20 miles from Edinburgh & Perth, an hour from Glasgow and St Andrews, and most other places reachable for day trips. A quiet, comfortable, homely but spacious base from which to venture out and enjoy the whole of Scotland in all its forms, or simply relax and rest in between adventures. Guest room, bathroom, lounge/dining room and kitchen all available to guests, and utility as required. (back garden currently under renovation, but patio accessible) I am sociable and have lots of local and general knowledge, so would like to socialise with my guests but can give privacy/space if preferred. Cooking can be shared or done separately as preferred. (special dietary needs will require advance notice!) I am FLEXIBLE, so just communicate what you would prefer! :) Quiet residential street in large village with local shops and amenities on the edge of countryside. My home is not 'The Ritz' but it is warm and comfortable, welcoming and quiet and I will do whatever I can to ensure your stay is a happy one - just ask!
