CoeurVert "Chambre VERT" ecological housing

At CoeurVert, the regeneration of body, mind and soul is guaranteed. The ecological materials selected for the construction of our guesthouse, allow the body to breathe and rest fully. The CoeurVert guesthouse contains 3 vacation homes (one apartment and two rooms for rent). The "Chambre VERT is a studio in the CoeurVert, which we have been renting out since March 2021. The space has been carefully thought out and completely renovated using only ecological materials. This is what gives it a warm and comfortable interior atmosphere. We only want the best for our guests. The "Chambre VERT" is a spacious and comfortable mansard room with a kitchen area and dining table. It also has a bathroom with a shower overlooking the garden. The room also has a large double bed and also a 120cm wide sofa bed that can accommodate up to two additional travelers. You will live on the first floor with a view of our large 4-hectare grounds, which you can explore with host Stefan during a guided tour. The beautiful indoor climate contributes to the beautiful view of the hilly landscape of forests and meadows which has a soothing effect on the body. Each of the 3 accommodations has its own space in the garden with chairs and dining table. There is also a shared grill/barbecue area to use if you wish to do so. Depending on the season, you can buy organic vegetables, salads, berries and fruits, grown directly on our farm, without the use of pesticides or other chemicals! To start your day comfortably, we can also deliver you a full breakfast for the hungrier ones or just bring you baguettes, bread or bread rolls you ordered from us the night before. If necessary, we can also wash your laundry or lend you an iron. Arrive, enjoy and organize the day according to your own wishes. CoeurVert is located in a quiet, close to a large forest, only 1km from the center of the village of Ronchamp in the Burgundy-Franche-Comté region. You will be able to park for free in front of your accommodation. For all your daily needs, you will find everything you need in the village. There are supermarkets (Carrefour, Aldi), an organic store, two bakeries, pharmacies, banks etc. Otherwise, there are other stores in Lure, which is a 10-minute drive away. On the edge of our 4-hectare big property is the vacation home where you will be staying in which is right next door to an old farmhouse where we have been living in full time since 2019. Since 2017 we have been managing and developing our property through the concept of permaculture, as we consider nature as our greatest gift. Our 2 dogs, donkey, horse, 5 sheep, chickens and ducks live with us on the CoeurVert property. You may know Ronchamp for its world-famous Chapelle-Notre-Dame-du-Haute. This magnificent work of the famous architect Le Corbusier is officially listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2016. From our property, the modern chapel can be reached on foot through the forest in 20 minutes, as we are located directly on the bottom of the hill on which it sits. There is also a Mine Museum in Ronchamp which commemorates two centuries of the coal mining site which has been closed since 1958. The nearby Vosges mountains and the "1000 Étangs" (lakes) region will make the hearts of fishermen, hikers and bike enthusiasts beat faster. There is also a lake allowing swimming activities located only 5km from us. An area to make the most of your time off! Belfort is only 30 minutes away by car and is worth a visit to have a look at its Citadel or even its Astronomical Clock situated in the city's Cathedral. Our animals can be met and petted in our presence. For safety reasons, please do not touch or feed them without our supervision.
