Willow Brook B & B king bed, separate own bathroom

Situated in the hamlet of Lamorrick at the geographical centre of Cornwall, Willow Brook B&B is ideally situated for visiting both the north and south coast, the Eden project is 7 miles away, Lost Gardens of Heligan 11 miles, and Lanhydrock 5 miles. Perfect for walkers & cyclists both the Saints Way and the Camel Trail pass nearby. Open all year. The village of Lanivet is just 1/2 mile away where there is a superb pub the Lanivet Inn and chippy the Welcome Stranger. Both eat in or take away. A lovely room with a king size bed and a wash basin with mirror. TV with Freeview, hairdryer and Tea/coffee making in the room. Bathrobes are provided for you to use. Separate own use bathroom across the hall. You will have sole use of the bathroom and shower which is across the hall. Bathrobes are provided for you to use while on your stay. Also, there is a wash basin in the bedroom. A full English breakfast is served in the dining room with tea, coffee and juice and help yourself to cereals and toast. You can use the dining room during your stay, eat your take-away, play a board game. The garden decking runs alongside a stream where you can take your morning or evening tea/coffee. The bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor. We are situated on the Old Coach Road in Lamorrick near the half way point on the Saints Way in the peaceful hamlet of Lamorrick. Close to the village of Lanivet where The Lanivet Inn and The Welcome Stranger both do great food. Bodmin is 2.75 miles away with plenty more eateries. We are just off the A389 about a mile from the A30 at the St Austell/Wadebridge turn off. There is a bus stop half a mile away, and Bodmin Parkway railway station is 8 miles away. Free parking outside the property. Our 11 year old Cockerpoo lives with us, he will bark when you ring the bell but all he wants to do is play with you. We do keep him away from guest rooms and the dining room.
