The property is situated just 400 metres from the 7 mile stretch of Brean Sands and 1 mile from Brean Down. Good size family rooms on the ground floor with their own entrance to terrace/outside. All rooms have en suite facilities with shower as standard. Towels and all linen included. Tea and coffee facilities in all rooms. Flat screen TV and WiFi included. Pets are allowed in all rooms for a small daily charge. The Old Rectory is a family run home from home business. The business was originally owned by the current owners father from 1996 to 2012, and has now been brought back into the family ownership once more. The business aims to source locally sourced produce where possible with home cooked food at reasonable prices. The bar and tea rooms are open daily to guests and non-residents. The bar will stay open into the evenings for customer enjoyment. We are just 400 Meters from the 7 mile long sandy beach. Brean Down is 1 mile further along the beach. There are many facilities in Brean from a swimming pool / water-park to a funfair. Bars and restaurants a plenty just down the road. We are close to Weston Super Mare, Cheddar Gorge, Burnham on Sea. There is a golf course nearby and a cycle path to Weston Super Mare via the village of Uphill.
